Ledgewood Brings Home the Gold!

The Finger Lakes International Wine Competition in Rochester, New York has awarded our 2010 Three Clone Chardonnay a Gold Medal at the recent judging, March 24-25, 2012. Less than 8% of the wines entered were given this honor, and Ledgewood is proud to be among them!

The results are on the FLIWC website listed alphabetically.

Ledgewood Earns Silver in San Diego!

The 29th edition of the San Diego International Wine Competition on March 10-11, 2012 featured wines from around the world, and Ledgewood Creek's 2009 Estate Grown GSM was the only Suisun Valley vineyard to medal, pulling in a Silver in the Red Rhone blends category!

Many of the San Diego International Wine Competition award-winning wines will be available to taste and for purchase at the annual Wine & Roses Charity Wine Tasting and Sale, June 12, 2011, on the rooftop terrace of the Westgate Hotel in downtown San Diego. Wine & Roses is an afternoon of fine wine, food and entertainment.

San Francisco International Wine Competition - The San Francisco International Wine Competition is the largest, most influential international wine competition in America. Entries were submitted by 1200 wineries from 29 countries and 20 states.

NextGen Wine Competition - The field of entries included wineries throughout the United States, including those in Virginia, Tennessee, Texas, and New York, plus international entries from New Zealand and France. Wines were judged from more than 767 entries. Judges awarded a total of 14 Double Gold, 38 Gold, 263 Silver, and 245 Bronze medals.
